All packages have a set price SEE HERE; we can however change packages to suit your needs.
All photo shoots must be paid in full or a booking deposit paid online before the session, contact us with what type of photo shoot you are looking for and an approximate date you would like your session to be on.
Sometimes its better if you can send us a list of dates you can’t do, this way we can avoid these dates.
We will talk with you via email or phone and get back to you with confirmation of a shoot date, or alternative if your chosen date is not available.
Shoots at this stage are only provisional until you make your payment; studios and make up artists are not booked until confirmation of a payment.
We can work 7 days a week until 10pm, location shoots are up till 4pm in the winter months.
The steps to booking
1, Send us an email about the type of shoot and date you wish it to be on, please tell us where you wish the session to be done IE studio, your home or on location.Please indicate the package you wish to have.
2, We will reply with date and any further information needed.
3, Make your payment, via the options listed below.
4, We confirm the date and any other items needed for your shoot.
5, Final payment is made on the day of your shoot.
Types of Payment
1, Paypal, we will send you an invoice to pay us the booking deposit.
2, Bank deposit, via online or deposit in our account, Lloyd’s TSB or Barclays.
3, Cheque, only available if the shoot date allows for the cheque to be cashed before your session, if your session is a late booking, please use one of the two options above.
Booking deposit and payments
Booking deposits are deducted from your final payment, which is to be made on the day of your shoot in cash; we will accept cheques from clients we have worked with in the past.
Booking deposits secure your photo shoot but are non refundable, in the event that you need to cancel your shoot and alternative date will be provided.
If you wish to reschedule your booking within 72 hours of your appointment, you may be required to forfeit your payment to cover any losses incurred by us.
If you have not made your booking deposit within a reasonable time of your shoot date and have been asked to do so, your provisional booking will be cancelled.
“Please note, we book studios and make up artists on the strength of your booking therefore we cannot keep a booking open unless confirmed”
We do not offer refunds for sessions booked and paid in full or part paid prior to the shoot and are subsequently cancelled.
Digital images are provided on CD/DVD or digital download, packages are for digital images only unless stated, Retouched prints are only supplied in package Four listed on our prices page.
No form of glamour work will be undertaken on anyone under the age of 18 years of age, We advise clients to bring ID with them or email us proof before the session if you look younger then 18 we will ask for ID on the day and non is available, your shoot may be cancelled and you will still be charged the full package price you booked.
Packages are suitable for all ages; however, under 18’s must be accompanied by their parent or legal/court-appointed guardian.
Due to the personalised nature of our products, no cancellation of orders is allowed and no refunds will be allocated against print(s) and/or product(s).
